For those with halogen reverse lights if you're interested save a lot of headaches like I ran into by buying the Oracle reverse bumper lights, they recommended that I upgrade the 921 bulb to their LED bulb for 30 bucks to make the bumper lights work properly
Didn't want to invest anymore money in the $170 bucks already spent
Did some research on the 921 bulb you can buy these on Amazon etc and it works beautifully

I noticed when looking for bulbs when I got the truck, several bulbs were not correct to what was listed from factory. Make to to pull the bulb first and cross reference at ur nearest auto store. Even superbrightled website, and factory manual, is wrong on a couple bulbs.

Here's what can-bus does
CAN-bus Error Free LED bulbs are LED bulbs that have resistors that are internally/externally attached. ... The resistor's job is to mimic the power draw of the stock incandescent bulbs to trick the computer to think that the bulbs are drawing the same rate of power so the vehicle does not throw any error messages.

As long as it's a 921 bulb because that is what fits a gladiator halogen and it also has the diodes projecting out the rear you'll be in fine shape

That would be great if I could get the back up lights to work after Jeep did the clutch recall......
But we gave you the gear telltale on the dash like a racecar! No mine says N. Reverse camera only works if I go into the radio to to to turn it on. But hey, after I can get an inspection sticker I'll look into bulbs.................................................

These might even be better than the ones I put in as they have all the diodes projecting out, Bulbs made a heck of a difference that's all I know

I'm no Jeep engineer but it sounds to me like a micro switch that is supposed to engage when the shifter is placed into reverse isn't working. If they kept it simple it will be located where the shifter stalk contacts something when its in reverse. Knowing Jeep though its some convoluted code that knows when the tailgate is up and checks the air pressure of the tires and the weight of the drivers seat is more biased to the right side so it knows when you are leaning to look behind. Then the reverse lights work or your backup camera. lol

Finally installed these today and got the LED setting updated in JSCAN. These things are bright as hell. Thanks for the tip!

Gohan2374 -Are you using these with the Oralcle reverse lights without issues?
I too installed the oracle back up lights and have issues with the factory lights cutting off at times . They will work together 90% of the time but way to often the factory cuts off.
Bought the plug and play adapter -didn’t work ever together. Wire each oracle to the factory harness separate and get 90% of them working at the same time.
They didn’t try and sell me any additional bulbs.
