Best Solution for small round Rust in Clearcoat?

Very small round rust dots around tail lights. Ive read that a clay bar and or Iron Remover can help. Is this true?

Yup either will work, iron X then clay after will be the fastest and easiest route

make sure to reapply some sort of wax or pant sealant afterwards

This. And I have tried a lot of other similar products…. Iron x has been the best by a long shot….
