These are 0 offset 8.5" wheels., so -10 will stick out a bit more. For reference, the tread of the tire is just about even with the edge of the flare extensions, so the sidewall sticks out further.

Exactly, my truck doesn’t have fender extensions on it, I am not a fan of the look for my truck.
My truck is only an 8” rim with a +30 et. Those are 8.5 with 0 et, between the two pictures you can probably get a feel of the difference it makes…

My Methods are a 0 and push the tire just a little more out than I like. I think a +18 is about right.

The fender extensions are wedge shaped from front to back. 1 3/8" top front to 2 1/4" bottom back.

Also FYI, I am running 37" X 12.5" tires. My previous wheels were 8.5" with +25 offset and I was slightly rubbing my control arms (clayton) at full lock, so I went to zero offset. I liked the minimal poke of the +25, but the zero offset eliminated my rub, and don't poke so much to look ridiculous.

Another FYI, When I was running 35" tires with +25 offset, I had no rub.
