It looks oddly similar to a sun visor roof that’s held in by bungee cords, not brackets. I have the front one but do not have the back. Couldn’t longer bungees or straps be used so the sun visor isn’t so tight across?

Share the cad file... What material are you printing this in? Abs? I know pla won't work as it'll just melt in the summer but petg might work.

I only print with ASA (I built a Voron 350). ASA is UV stable and has the same mechanical properties as ABS. It doesn't smell too bad while printing.

Ill share a file when I get around to it.
