yeah the only difference I saw was that the body colored ones come without the textured surface if you ordered some to have painted .

My front painted fenders seem to have ppf on them, and a patch of it on the front of the rear one.

I noticed the PPF on painted fenders for the 22 models. Has this always been the case for factory painted fenders?

I can't speak for 19 and down JLs and JKs but my JT is an early 20.
