Never heard of that. Other than one a Bronco. I never had any tie rod issues on a Gladiator, even with 37's and Black Rhino wheels. A much heavier combo. If I ever did I have a new Synergy Tie Rod. Can you give an example?

It's a joke about bronco tie rods, nothing related to the gladiator

I figured as much but just wanted to make sure. I have seen those failures, but I do like their tires. I like the Bronco as well but it doesn't fit my needs. Thanks for clarifying 😊

Those tires pick up a LOT of rocks, just be cognizant of that.

I saw that in reviews that I read. I have picked out a few. I check the visible parts of the tire regularly. My 37 Wild Peaks did as well, but not so much.

Disregarding all the comments above that is one nice looking Gladiator.

Thank you! I already have a 1.5 lift for the front and 3/4 for the rear. I already went the " big " route with the 37's on the Rubicon but I was wanting to avoid the effective lose in gear ratio. With these I went from 4:10 to effectively 3.73. That is acceptable to me. Also these are 20lbs each or so lighter and the wheels are about 10lbs lighter. 30 pounds of unsprung weight per corner is huge to me. I have a plan for my needs and what I want. Just wanted to share with those whom have similar goals. Better clearance, Improved traction off road that are not offset too much by on road behavior and for the look that I want. Plus, they were $186.00 each! Thank you for your positive comments and have a blessed day!

Thank you for posting! Was looking at those in a 305/70/18, but wondering about road noise. Currently running Goodyear Wrangler ATA 255/70/R18 on my Gladiator Overland (comes stock with 18" wheels). They are quiet and great for highway miles (good mpg) but could use a little more bite/traction in occasional mild off road and snow use. Running Falken Wildpeak MT on my wife's Wrangler and while they are extremely durable and have great traction, but seem to get noisier as they wear, even with rotation every 5k miles.

The noise level is actually quieter than my Wild Peat A/T was, at least at 14/32nds. The ride is better than the stock Bridgestone A/T tires that came on it. Slightly more oversteer due to diameter and additional sidewall height. Only noticeable at speeds that I really shouldn't be driving in a turn. I am used to driving police vehicles. I drove in the rain this morning and they seem to do well on wet roads.

Could you measure the tire height? Really curious to see what the mounted height actually is.

I actually meant to say understeer. Sorry, it has been a long few nights. I think that it is around 34.25, but I will double check later. Another person here had used that measured height to correct the speedometer
