Just asking, but if you’re not going to 37’sor bigger, why switch wheels at all? I’d just keep running stock wheels until they’re trashed, then buy more cheap take offs. You could switch wheels every year and take 5 years to equal aftermarket prices. ,
Thats most likely what I will do. I might even just keep the stock tires until they are worn down - they honestly have worked just fine for my current needs. I just absolutely hate the 'polished' or machined edges on the stock rims though - even the bronze 392 have machined edges - I've never been a fan of a 'shiny' rim. But they are not cheap and I have other priorities. So they will probably just stay for a while. It seems like plenty of people use them, even aired down to 13psi, without issue or breaking a bead. I dont really go below 20 - don't have a need for it currently.

I had zero problems caring down in the stock wheels for upwards of 40k miles.

What about paying a small amount to have them painted the exact bronze you want?

I really am not a fan of the silver wheels on sarge. I’m going to run my 33’s down and do some other upgrades in time that will allow me to fit bigger tires when I need to replace them. Slow and steady.

I’ve seen the mopar ones, but don’t like the offset. I don’t think big tires would work without rubbing.
Keep in mind AEV wheels are +25 offset while the Mopar are +12 or 15. Now if it’s for a unit without the wide axles it may be an issue. I think 0 sits just about perfect with just a little Polk and a little side protection.

I have thought about it but I dont think it would last long with the winter salt. And I'm not 100% on the bronze color either.

Konig just announced they're getting into the Jeep/Toyota game. These are their new bronze wheels:
Jeep Gladiator Bronze wheels 1714178829135-zd

Jeep Gladiator Bronze wheels 1714178861416-jz

Jeep sizes are a 17x9 -12, and a 18x9 0. Nice to see an 18 in option.

Anyone have the 392 XR wheels in bronze?,everyone near me wants 2k+ for a set of five just looking for a reference before pulling the trigger and not liking them.

I’d skip them. You can get better wheels for that cash, with better offsets for wider tires. Just my take. And there are better looking bronze wheels out there. Here’s my very biased favorite.

What size Nomads are you running. They look a lot more concave than all the stock pictures I see. I’m getting tired of cleaning my Fuel converts but I love the finish of the fuel bronze. At times it’s darker than in direct light. But I’ve been eyeing the nomads

They’re -12mm offset with 4.25” backspacing. They’re 17”, but the black rash rings makes them look like 15’s. I like the look.

Nice, gives me a better depth of what the wheels look like. I’m running 17x9 -12 currently and want to stick with the same

Thank you
