I pictured it in my head the way I wanted it and I got it there, i think after my baby I haven’t been able to drive the truck as much anymore. I’ve gotten few offers but I will most likely just sell the truck without the wheels and the cover.
That is a pretty common story. Having kids has a way of rebalancing priorities when it comes to our toys and hobbies.

No.

Some regrets, but no regrets to go back to stock.

If it makes you feel better, I thought I wanted all those cool long arms and beadlocks, bar doors and lights. Sure they look cool, and you get bragging rights, but then I thought about it, and my OTHER goals. Those mods would add well over $15k into a vehicle that, I honestly would probably never get to use more than MAYBE once and then I'd just look at it...like Harley and Ducati owners do.

Then I got a dog. Not quite a kid, but being hit by a car on a motorcycle a few years ago combined with him is close enough for now. Like you said, perspective. But don't forfeit something you enjoy and can be useful in the long term for a moment of doubt. I sometimes think about getting rid of the JT too, but then I remember how expensive it is to rent a truck, or simply have the 4x4 abilities my built wrx could never achieve (no matter how much I thought it could).

Unless you NEED the money, or truly don't enjoy the truck EVER anymore (not just time constraints), I wouldn't sell it if I were you.

Kids grow up, and I see so many kids jaws open when they see my JT (stock with MTs) in the summer with the doors/top off. One time a kid got so excited that I told their dad "hey man, if he wants a picture in the driver seat, go ahead and have him hop in" and that really made their whole day.

I found after having kids i was on the road more and my Youngest is now 12. The only vehicle I sold due to "kids" was my single cab F250 as i had 3 kids and it was not practical.
The JT has become my 3 kid go to vehicle, we even took it to FL From New Hampshire and the kids said it was more comfortable than our suburban
