Going to a long arm Artec on my JTRD, then looking at upgrading the Rear D60 and Built from Adventek 210. I can make a package deal on the axles, suspension and if you want a set of BFG 39 and wheels. Shock too if you like. Will deliver for the cost of fuel from VA to CO.
Heading out in June to build a OBS Bronco for my son. SD Axle swap and coil overs. so any reason to head west is a good reason for me.
We might need to talk at some point. I’d probably put the 60 under the gladiator and give the 44 rear to the Willys. Is the 60 5 or 8 lug? I’m trying to stay with 5.

I reality it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks. I will say if you're going to wheel it, there's added risk having sometime else install everything. When you break something or something even gets loose off road, you'll have no idea how it went together to try and get yourself home. If you don't wheel then it doesn't matter if it's built or bought in the Starbucks drive through. Personally we buy our Jeeps new and bone stock and then do all of the work on them for several reasons. I know how to troubleshoot and fix it out on the trails. I know that everything is installed correctly. And it saves a fortune vs paying someone else.
This I agree with 100% ,if you didnt do the work how do you know what or how to fix . Unless possibly its your second one and ya got lazy on 2nd go around and had Billy Joe Jim Bob down at the corner build it for you.

If you have unlimited funds then by all means buy it built and send it. Just remember off road recoveries are expensive and you may be waiting...days.

If my pockets were deep I'd surely let the shop down the Jeep shop down the road do the heavy lifting. Given my mechanical knowledge and experience with the last two Jeeps, there's nothing they would do that I can't fix myself on the trail.

Keep the electrical and lighting projects for myself.

Again, the 15MM wrench rule šŸ˜‚

Though TBH if pockets were deep enough I'd buy my old JK back, build it out, and then trailer it. LOL.

I kinda wish you lived closer. Then when I get my lift you could help me weld it in. It’s ok. I understand that you prefer living in Canada. :like: :bandit:
