I am looking for bumper recommendations. I am looking for one with integrated fog lights (factory LED would be preferred), and an internally (recessed) mounted winch. I like the Next Venture Motorsports Adventure series with the stinger, but I want to make sure there are no other options out there that are comparable.

Motobilt makes a few great options, as does poison spyder.

How about one of the knockoff Mopar Steel bumper? The one I got has a small bull bar, takes the factory fogs (or order it with LED fogs) and has an internal winch plate. All for $430.

I'll add that it does come with fog light brackets. I put my factory LED's in it. It does come with the sensor holes, I have been told you can ask the vendor for a non hole version but I just used hole plugs. I had the choice between fog or no fog lights. I found out that if you ordered the fog light version, they send you LED fog lights too.

Ignore the Amazon comment that it doesn't fit the Gladiator, it does.

Just installed the Motobilt Crusher today. Wish it came powder coated.

I had a cheap Chinese repop Rubicon bumper highly rated by many on this form. I hated it. It was rusty right out of the box, hardware rusted at the speed of light. It bolted on perfectly but was just a little bit pointed down and just didn't fit and look right. I had to grind a tad to clear my Mojave skid plate and it just seemed cheap grinding on it, I can't explain it other than it grinds like soup cans. I was really disappointed after reading the great reviews on here. I sold it for a big loss and tossed in my factory LED fogs with the deal. Glad to see it gone.

There are several versions of the bumper out there. They might be from the same factory, they might not be. So far I am happy with it. It was heavy so it wasn't as thin as other bumpers I have seen. I will give you that the powder coat is thin. I have had to paint the bull bar already but that was due to it being scratched in shipping.

The bull bar is thin but there was enough to weld tabs to for a lightbar. Krylon Flat Black is really close to the powder coat so if I need to repaint it, I will. At the price, I feel that the one I got is good enough to work with and $400 VS $1700 gives me a lot of incentive to even send it out for a quality powder coat job and still be ahead.

My opinion is mine, your opinion is yours, neither of us are wrong. These bumpers are not for everyone. If one is on a tighter budget, they can work.

In my case, the JTR is momma's. She wanted to keep a stock look. This bumper does that and provides a winch plate. I got what I wanted, she got what she wanted.

Absolutely I'm in the minority, these Chinese bumpers are really well liked by gobs of people on this forum. That's what swayed me into getting one, but like you said they aren't for everyone. I hit a deer and tore up my plastic bumper and that's why I was bumper shopping, the USA bumper I have on now is much more substantial.

My two favorite bumpers are from AEV or Expedition One. They are as expensive as they look but there are no better looking + functioning IMO

I really like it. Does the job without getting in the way. And I’m a fan of recessed winches.
