You can learn from my mistake. When I ordered my 2021 JTR I didn't get the 8.4 radio with the WIFI included. Three years later I am ordering a 2024 JTM mainly because I didn't add this $1,000 option when ordering. I need that WIFI and cant add it now and its going to cost me a lot more than $1,000. lol. Get what you want the first time.

I had a '21 Texas trail for 8 months. Already traded it. The 7" screen was awful, the stereo was awful, halogen lights in 2022 are awful. The manual trans was the worst I've ever had. It looked nice though. I bet if I got a loaded mojave instead I'd still have it. Get what you want from the start. I'm waiting for 2025 now to see if there will be some new engine options finally

Had the rubicon for 2 years and traded for a Mojave more options, much better ride quality…I wish I waited for the deals now…my opinion on having owned both.

Take the savings and use the money to outfit the truck like you want not what the factory thinks you want.

The Mojave seats and steering wheel are my favorite thing, glad I went with it... Suspension is awesome, and with my old 35s and AEV wheels, no other changes, it's been great!

Get what you want, at the best price you can get it at... done.

There are CA dealers right now doing big discounts on Rubi and Mojave Jeeps too!!! Find one and grab it quick.

Huntington Beach Jeep, I think West Covina or near there, a dealer has insane discounts too.

How comfortable are you doing your own part installs? People here correct me if I am wrong, but the things that make a Mojave a Mojave are:

Slightly wider axles
A small lift
higher fenders
Better shocks
Coil springs with a different rate
Wheels and larger tires.

If you are comfortable installing things yourself you can do all of those at home for less than the upcharge on a Mojave.
And...

Different (bolstered) seats
Steering wheel
Hood
Ride quality

Even though I side with the Mojave, one thing is to make sure you get the LED light package and Selectrac.
