It looks like the link from costco the ones i bought came with the extensions all rdy? See pic.My cots had two options and there was an extra piece for the legs. You could mount them close together to save space or make the space between the lower and top bunk a bit bigger.

Hahaha well, the first pic it's sitting on some scrap 2x4's I had laying around since Gladiator racks are ridiculously overpriced and the second pic is on a half rack that came off a Tacoma that I modified a bit to work on the Jeep. Finishing up a cab-height rack made out of some aluminum extrusions atm - we'll see how it goes.What is your tent sitting on? Doesn't look like typical cross bars.
Nice! What tent and rack is that?We’ve been doing the RV thing for several years and recently decided to go more primitive and camp where the big rigs can’t, now that the little boys are getting older. Really looking forward to our next CO trip.
