Can oil sample tell which brand oil was used?

I was wanting to switch to mobil 1 0w-20 instead of penzoil. I’ve been having a ticking sound at acceleration and have always had good luck with Mobil 1. If I run the Mobil and my truck gets worse will the dealership be able to tell I ran Mobil 1
