Girlfriend just picked up a 2021 Rubicon. She loves it so far but is looking for some add’l storage options for the interior and good options for securing cargo in the bed so it doesn’t slide around. I’ve got a Roll Lock hard bed cover and Trail Rail System on the way for it. What products seem to work best?

I second the go check out the what did you do to your Gladiator thread, it's good source of things that work and don't work. Also, what kind of cargo management is she looking at? Minor thing likes JCR panels inside the cab along with the stuff that @Invictus Off Road are great solutions that won't break a budget but also not as extreme as possibly putting in a GooseGear system in place of the rear seats.
As far as cargo area it looks like you're on the right path, maybe add some molle panels to the tracks? I'd start by looking at what y'all want to do before buying all the things that way you're not buying unnecessary equipment.

The issue I have found on mine with the trail rail and a hard trifold cover is the rails for the cover make it difficult to use the attachments for the trailer rail system. After almost 2 years still no one not even Jeep has come out with any really sold attachment points. You can't buy extra from Jeep and I am using some pieces and parts that I found on another discussion in the forum.

One size does not fit all. We bought out JTR because of the very, very large dog, so we added an ARE topper and then Molle on the sides and front bulkhead to accomidate gear for our desert runs. He Likes it and it fits what we want the vehicle to do. Take your time and it will come out great. And.... if that's your girlfriends garage, you are a lucky guy......

Couple of Molle Side Molle Panels are on my list to do until I can find at cab side panel that won't interfere with the drain tubes. I think I recall seeing one of the manufacturers that said theres would not

We try to stay clear of the facebook/insta police.... I do enjoy having the holster behind the rear seat on our mollo panel. The seat locks in place giving you just a little more security!

Its really well-though out: You've got a banana, and a knife, so whenever you want a bowl of cereal you can cut that banana into bite-size tasty morsels. Everyone needs a banana holster. However, not everyone needs a banana hammock. Just sayin...

I did a couple of truck bed stays, basket, and a couple action packers. Also a cooler and additional storage tote.
I use the yellow lid one as a dry hold as its usually empty. Same with the cooler. Useful for grocery runs. And just toss em out if need to use more of the bed for hauling.
Also everything in a couple totes keeps them from sliding around and the rails and baskets keep everything secure as the tailgate locks. Truck off road/recovery and tools are kept in the action packers and still can pop the lid off and grab what ya need, but you can’t just take the whole bin.

It’s not pretty or cool by any means, but if she’s just looking for better use of the bed for day-to-day stuff I keep 2 of those long, shallow plastic bins designed to fit underneath your bed (like bedroom, not truck bed) in the back of mine.

Makes loading so much easier when you just slide them out onto the tailgate to load/unload and slide them back in.
