Caster angle questions?

Is the flat spot on the bottom of the inner knuckle a good place to measure caster angle?

When you lift a Gladiator are you adding caster or removing caster?

I have caster correction brackets and measured 10 degrees of caster on the flat spot on the bottom of the inner knuckle.

If I move my upper control arms up will I be adding or removing caster?
