I have a 2020 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon Dana 44, Wanted to get some wisdom from you guys.

Will this fit my Gladiator? Is there better options for Chromoly shafts other than Yukon?

Rear right and left axle shafts from Yukon:
Part #
YUK-WD44JLRUB-L-K
‎YA WD44JLRUB-R-K

Thanks

At 2k you can buy 10 Dana’s ?
You break a RCV axle, you're doing something.

I installed the RCV's in the front of my Power Wagon along with a DynaTrac freespin hub kit. If DynaTrac would make a freespin for this Dana. I would be installing it.

RCVs for the front 100% agree w, that’s what I bought too but for the rear 2k seems excessive. But the 200.00 Dana’s and use the stocks as spares if you break them in the trail.

I've read where people have broken the front shafts on a JT. But haven't seen any rears break yet. You?

Not broken but there are lots of examples of the splines bent. I swapped mine out because I was one of the many that had a leak in the rear axles due to the shafts. The wait time was weeks for the dealer to replace. I didn’t want to wait weeks for a replacement so I bought some upgrades and swapped them out in my garage.

Just remember when I was reading your reply. Of seeing one picture of twisted splines.

I just picked up my JTM from the shop. It was there to replace a rear axle shaft I broke. While they were at it, I had them replace the fronts and the rear driveshaft too.

Can now say that someone broke one. How did you do it? Which shafts do you go with?

Just driving along, really. ;)
We were at Beasley Knob. The section we were on was not very technical, so I think I stressed it earlier in the day. I am rather heavy so it was bound to happen.

Not sure of the brand, I told my shop guy to use what he would use for his. Left and right rear axle shafts were $600 for materials.

Turns out they sent the wrong front axle shafts so I will be waiting a bit longer for the correct ones to come in. I may have front lockers installed while I wait.

The drive shaft is Tom Woods.
Does a used OEM drive shaft have any resale value? What about brake calipers? I had Power Brakes installed too.
