With your 2.5” overland + kit on a Rubicon (currently am NOT running a winch or steel bumper) will a 3/4” spacer in the front be too big to be level? I don’t want to be higher in the front than in the back. Also, if I add that spacer will by Fox 2.0 2-3” shocks still be ok with that much lift in the front?
The best way I have found to determine the height difference is from the bottom of the cab. At the rear of the cab, behind the back door before the bed, take a measurement. Then, right behind the front fender at the bottom of the cab, take another. The difference between the 2 will give you what you need to determine how much to put in front to level. Also remember, when you do put in a spacer, you will have to allow time for it to settle. It will look higher at first.

Can't answer on the spacer with out the bumper etc. I would recommend going to the 3.5-4 inch in the front even if you are just going the overland. The JT front springs won't unseat even if you get long and the fox aren't long enough that you'll be messing with the drive shaft. I'm running the 3.5 inch fox 2.0s on 37s and 3 inches of total bump stop was basically perfect.

Good lord, you are killing me! I'm still waiting on my 2.5" Clayton Overland Plus kit ordered on 9/3 and it is torture! I wasn't struggling this bad waiting on the vehicle order itself.

Looking at these pictures, I don't think I will do a spacer in the front, at least for now. If/when I decide to, what is the preferred spacer, or are they all relatively equal?
Did the same. No spacer in the front. I think it is fine.

It seems like the Rubicon model sits level with this kit but the other trims have a lot of rake? What spacer has anyone tried?

I wouldn't say it's a lot of rake with other trims.

It might just be an optical illusion since the Rubi/Moj fenders sit higher than the other trims.

Accurate measurements should be done on the chassis itself for rake, rather than fenders (especially since there are tons of aftermarket fenders).

I wouldn't even bother measuring since it's just for looks.

If you're unsure how much spacer to add, jack up the front until you get the look you want. Then measure how much room you added between the coil perches.

Good point. Mine looks closer to the one above in red. I just like a more level look like the wranglers have. Really don’t wanna spend 300-500 just to level it

You shouldn't have to spend that much.

You just need a set of $50 coil spacers and some labor.
