Had this kit above installed on 2021 JTR diesel-- not my first Jeep or lift... noticing that while driving on road that if I hit a bump with either left front or right front (not both), that the Jeep gets unsettled (more than stock) did. Have Fox dual reservoir steering stabilizer and its been dialed all the way down so there is no play in the steering wheel. Yes is has been balanced and aligned. Because its a diesel, even though it's a 2.5" kit, Clayton rec the 3.5" springs in front. Any ideas??? Have a call with some measurements into Adam @ Clayton...

after installation and some initial driving of any lift you always need to recheck torque on ALL suspension bolts. I'd start there

Yup, time to crawl under with torque wrench and sockets and check everything.

First place to check is every damned jam nut. They don't stay torqued down.

I'm still struggling with the same thing. I just had it aligned. Less that 10 miles on current alignment. Everything has been torqued. Tires balanced again. Next try is the Metalcloak sector shaft brace. Lots of good reviews on their setup.

nope, a brace will not solve it. The jam nuts all need to be torqued to a pretty hgh level. Also, when the kit was installed it should have been hand tightened then placed on solid ground then final torqued. I have noticed aftermarket track bars like to be torqued to 135 ft. lbs. The stock bolts should be ok. Any shimmy is typically a result of the forces not properly being transferred to where they were designed to go, this is typically rooted in something not having enough torque which results in not enough friction holding the joint together.
