You'll love the lift and tires once they're installed. Skids are in my near future though. I don't like scraping and not knowing exactly which part is being abused. Generally have a good idea but sometimes it's easy to miss seeing a Boulder or drop off. Gotta protect those diffs and shock mounts!!
Yeah, thats why Im not quite into that range of run yet, lift/tires/skids on control arms, shocks, diffs

For the most part. Video's don't show how it really is. My Garmin VERB is image stabilized. It shows every is smooth, but I'm bouncing my head off the roof and off the window.

With mud, ice, and snow, sometimes keeping momentum is necessary. If you had stopped mid-hill you may have been stuck. That's just good driving. Of course, the "momentum" technique can bite you in the butt if you aren't careful.

I'm glad you like your wife's "Grabbers". i'll try them out as soon as my lift goes on. (My Grabbers. LOL)

Absolutely on the momentum!! That was my plan of action for the day and it worked well for me. Afterward i thought i should have ran the day in 4 HI or at least tried it. Did it all in 4 LO. The Grabbers will be my next tires. (My wife's Grabbers),lol!!
