No way is a camper worth $15K. I would have to live in it to justify the cost.

You have to stop in Bishop if you haven't already passed it and you want another night of camping check out Coyote flats. Great basin bakery has good breakfast and you might want to stop at Schatz bakery as an alternative.

Going to Sequoia and Death valley National Park and the to Vegas airport

There is a cutoff between Owen's Valley and Panamint Valley that takes you to the old mining town of Darwin. Some cool things to see and then you take the road down Darwin Wash to Panamint Springs.

Darwin falls is just off the road and a great spot for a bit of a refresh!

Day 13 includes the camping at Yosemite, the squirrel are very aggressive. A drive to Sequoia National Forest has General Sherman Tree that is over 2,000 years old and 36 feet in diameter.

Been there, done that! About 40 years ago before it got ridiculously popular!

Another fun drive on the way to Death Valley is to go up to Cerro Gordo, another old mining town. There's a guy who basically bought the whole thing and posts about its history on his YouTube channel.

When you make it to Death Valley Mosaic Canyon is a must see. Then, Badwater is of course on the punch list.

Day 14 we traveled to Death Valley and for the Star Wars fans Episode IV - A New Hope and Episode VI - Return of the Jedi are filmed in locations we visited

Day 15 we started with a departure at the Las Vegas Airport as we start the trek back to South Carolina. A quick detour to see the Hoover Dam and Lake Mead followed by long stretches of driving.

Day 16 started with a cactus trying to send us a message. We had heavy traffic in Tucson, we drove through a “Dust Devil”and later a dust storm in New Mexico.

Day 17 includes, gas stops, rest areas, traffic, and rain as we spend a second day crossing Texas.
