You’ll end up trading them for 35s eventually anyway, don’t sweat it

Sometimes the heated seats will make you sweat it though. I find I have to turn them down to 2 or 1 after the first 10-15 minutes of driving.

My prerequisites for my gladiator were heated seats and the diesel. Outfitting the rest is the best part of owning a Jeep.
In Cold Weather Package we trust, there are some strong opinions regarding it around here lol

I'll just suggest this as a "general rule" - the older you get, the harder the physical work over the years, the more it's appreciated.
30 - HAHAHA - that crap is for WIMPS!
40 - meh, who cares
50 - this is sort of handy, my back aches
60 - sorry, if it doesn't have the cold weather package, we pass
65 - it's 60 degrees out, my back is killing me, I'm going out and sit in the Jeep and turn on the seat heat for a while

By the way, did anyone note that one of the Olympic skiers has a rather interesting allergy? Cold air. It's similar to my Reynaud's where the blood flow shuts down in the extremities in temps below about 35 or so.

So for those thinking those who get it are total wimps, man-up ya woose,
Maybe someday some will look back at this and think "what the hell was I thinking........"

Get it for you if you want or need it, don't get it if you have no need where you live or simply don't want or like it but to suggest anyone else is wrong - is just wrong.

I will never get a new vehicle without heated seats.
They are great when your back or legs are sore.
Yes this...I hate the silver wheels...but the heated seats in my wife's daily are great on extended road trips. I use them year round. I also echoed one of the comments above to Daniel at Gupton, it would be easier for me to find black wheels and install than going back and getting heated seats later.

Also, hijacking a tire thread to discuss heated seats

I'm 65, looking at 66 next month. I tell you this. Getting old is not for wussies. Wake up in the morning. And take inventory of what hurts and what doesn't. What doesn't is a short list.

I don't like climbing into a vehicle with cold seats. My back stiffens up.

I love the heated steering wheel, too! I'll never have another new vehicle without both!

I'm with ShadowsPapa on this one about warming up the back when its sore.

I live in San Diego and have had it on my 2013 JKR 2-door and now on the Gladiator. I love it. I was just out for a quick run to the store, and it's 38 out. Cold enough for me to hit the steering wheel heater for a couple minutes and the seat on level 2. ?

It was 50 degrees yesterday after work and I made use of the heated seats. They're amazing. Seriously, why would I bother being colder than I have to when - with the push of a button - I can be a LOT more confortable.
