Cold weather setup

I need help from the group, please. My kid is going to attend college in Fairbanks, AK. I’m planning on sending the 2020 Gladiator up there with him. I have talked to the locals, and they say that a 4 part cold weather system is the best way to go.
A block heater, oil pan heater, battery heat pad, and an onboard battery charger.
I have seen the campus parking lots, and they all have plug-ins available for free. The Jeep will probably be sitting unused for several days At a time.
How do I tie the 4 systems together? Is there a way to power the battery tender and warmer, but not power the oil pan and block heater until it’s needed?

Honestly your best bet is to have a local shop do what they know is necessary to survive in that climate especially being outside

I would agree on using locals do the work, they are most familiar with what may be necessary
and if there is a problem later on they'll know what they did (and may need to make good on)
My younger son attended college in northern Maine, at the time I sent him with a '97 Ford F-150
manual trans, 6 cyl, 2WD. His only winter issues were chains, they went on at the first snowfall
and didn't come off until the last in the Spring. FYI that was the only Ford we've ever owned,
for other reasons.
