I did also try the nut end but couldn't find a good angle to gain as much leverage.Also attempt to unscrew the nut and hold the bolt head in place, the bolt has a lot more surface to over come.
Will do. I've never had to use penetration oil before, so I'm a bit sceptical on how much it can help when there isn't a load of rust visible on the bolt. I'll definitely give it a try though!Soak it over a couple days with some penetration oil. That will at least help. If that doesn’t work go for the heat. I wouldn’t use the impact until the penetration soaks in very well. Broken bolt heads kinda suck.
