Also attempt to unscrew the nut and hold the bolt head in place, the bolt has a lot more surface to over come.

I did also try the nut end but couldn't find a good angle to gain as much leverage.

Soak it over a couple days with some penetration oil. That will at least help. If that doesn’t work go for the heat. I wouldn’t use the impact until the penetration soaks in very well. Broken bolt heads kinda suck.

Will do. I've never had to use penetration oil before, so I'm a bit sceptical on how much it can help when there isn't a load of rust visible on the bolt. I'll definitely give it a try though!

If it’s good quality stuff it can work pretty good. Even if it isn’t rusted through dirt and grime can get in there and clog the works. No idea what products yall have there so not sure what to suggest. Maybe some Roo Spit.

Induction heater on the nut. But if the bolt is seized in the bushing. You will have to cut the bolt on each side of the bushing on the inside. I had to do this on my rear lower control arms at the axle.

The one you linked shows 1170ftlbs breakaway which is less than 1400 in my math?

I tried to just snug up the drivers side upper with it as it was a bitch to get the ratchet on from where I was at...and it snapped that bolt in half as soon as it got tight. Don't use it on smaller bolts, lesson learned.

I know what you mean, I learned the hard way too. I was setting up a rear diff gears and blew the threads off the pinion with it, that was a bad day. The thing is a monster.

This beauty did the trick.

Makita DTW1002Z, very similar power to the Ryobi mentioned elsewhere in the thread. It made quick work of the bolts and managed it all on medium when using B'laster PB. Definitely a worthwhile purchase.

This is what I have, and she's a beast!
Sometimes I am abusive to my zero turn, and the blades and tree roots / stumps get into altercations.
The blades win, but they get pretty uptight and tense over the whole affair.
The DeWalt eases their tensions.
