Good morning everyone!

Next week I am going to be installing a 4.5 Metal Cloak gamechanger onto my Rubicon. The kit is for a 3.5, but I swapped out the 3.5's for 4.5's, so the instructions wont be accurate. If I want a castor of 6, does anyone know what I should be extending the control arms to?

For reference, the 3.5 instructs 19 3/4 for the front upper
24 for the front lower
17.5 for the rear upper
20 1/8 for rear lower.

Thanks in advance.

No one will get you exactly to 6 with out a machine as the exact amount of lift you get is up in the air and a metal cloak 4.5 is a lot different than a Clayton or Evo 3.5 as they don't measure the same way.

Personally id take the metal cloak lengths for the 3.5 and then add 3 /16 of an inch to the front lower as the 2" Mopar comes with 1/4 inch arms and it doesn't get you quite to 6 so I'd be adding slightly more caster.

I appreciate the response. It seems like that's the best way to go about it! Ill be taking it in for an alignment afterwards as well. Thank you!

Do yourself a favor and don't take it to a normal alignment shop. Find a 4x4 shop near you that does alignments.

The regular shops generally won't touch control arms unless they have someone in house who specializes in 4x4's.

Good to know. I got a place in mind for the alignment then.
