I have an old thread with pictures that show the extended view provided by the driver side mirror.

and here is all the info no one wants to hear… no longer available…

I am only looking for the driver’s side. However I saved the part numbers from another thread here in the forum:

Left Side:
68361977AB - Arabic w/heat
68361973AB - w/heat
68361975AB- w/BSD
68361979AB

Right Side:
68361972AB - w/heat
68361974AB - w/ BSD

You’ll need to verify the passenger/right side to your trucks specs.

I found the mirror, 68361977AB (power & heated), for $38. I ordered and hopefully will have it in hand within a few weeks. I’ll post back with pictures once it’s installed.

Just got the driver side mirror (68361977AB). My truck is in the shop so I can’t mount the mirror this week. Posting pictures for anyone interested in what it looks like.

I finally Installed the new mirror today! Super easy - just tilt the mirror all the way down using the mirror controls and then gently pull at the top of the mirror. It should pop off with ease! Unplug and reattach the two heating wires and then firmly and slowly push the new mirror onto the mount. It should snap into place. Double check by closing the door to ensure the mirror doesn’t pop off.

The outside edge of the mirror past the line provides a much needed wide angle view. I highly recommend this to anyone on the fence.

There's been an update on these. Mopar has made them unavailable to U.S dealers. We may have some inventory left over though. Did you need the ones with BSM?

$200…. What a shame, also a shame they are no longer available. With this kind of inflation Jeeps are going to be $150K soon…

I can see it as a lack of economy of scale cost not being able to be passed on from the vendor. Make a bazillion of them for the domestic North American market, yeah cost would be lower vs. a trickle of what is exported and lower production numbers.

I see it at my work also in what we manufacture. Have a low production subvariant with a similar but unique part, our vendor pricing goes up considerably.

yeah my order got cancelled this morning. Said I was ordering the wrong part and gave me the OEM part number. I said I'm trying to get the convex mirror and they cancelled my order. IDK

Price was $55 each
