My brain clearly wasn’t working when I posted the reply. Obviously you meant centering in the wheel wells.

Other than the fact that I have a FAD in my 2021, o still have been struggling with this identical issue. I have the 4 hi auto transfer case for on road winter stuff. I only use it when roads are actually slippery. But when I get into that 60-65 range, it had a vibration for sure. I ran a second Oem front driveshaft until I killed it as well. I resisted the double cardan 1350 up there for years because of this. But finally had to do it. I wish there was a real solution for people that genuinely need to rotate that shaft at higher speeds. But I’ve had lengthy conversations with companies like Adams, and it doesn’t seem like there is yet.
If you need more travel than the rxeppa allows and you need highway speeds in 4wd a cut and turn or aftermarket axle are pretty much your only options. Unfortunately they are far from cheap. That's why I'm still resisting putting any money into the front axle. I figure what I save by running it stock will help fund the new axle once I break it. So far the stock shafts are holding up to Moab, the Rubicon, and big bear rocks admirably (in the JLUR, the JT is mostly our desert rig).

Agreed, but I’m way past that. For the similar reason, I’ve been delaying. I’ve got so much into them I’d prefer they keep going. Maybe the new/old project will receive my gladiator axles. That’s some back ass wards justification stuff there.

The right, but expensive solution for me would be 5 lug pro rock 44 in front and 60 in rear. Also 5 lug.

Edit: I did break an Oem rear shaft in sand hollow. Now they’re revolutions. RCVs have been up front since 2022.

Elaborate more on the centering issue why is the shaft not able to solve this problem

The 1350 shaft is strong, and narrower for exhaust clearance, but doesn’t do a great job with high speed rotation without vibration without creating spring bow and terrible caster. I don’t really care about the caster, but I do about the spring bow. Just too much lift for highway speed 4wd.

Haha no problem and yeah same boat. But at least with the fad u won’t be vibrating in 2wd. But yeah high pinion axle housing kit will be way down the line. But the true fix

A 5 lug front 60 would be my choice over the prorock 44. Optimally if I'm swapping axles I'll go to real 1 tons with a full float rear (which necessitates 8 lug wheels).

Yeah. I know the difference. I want to keep weight down where possible. If I haven’t broken the Oem 44 housing doing what I do, I likely won’t. And the pro rock 44 is stronger than an Oem 60 housing with less weight. Their rear is partial float because there isn’t room for full float with 5 lug, but breakage isn’t my concern. Just pinion angle.
