I would be furious. It is not reasonable for items installed by the factory to not be covered in the basic warranty. Of course I do not mean things like tires and brakes. Either you work to make Jeep owners trust you as a manufacturer or you begin to lose Jeep owners.

Jeep Canada and Jeep U.S.A. are two completely different entities.

Canadian laws covering new car warranties are different than U.S.A. laws covering new car warranties.

Jeep Cares on this forum can't even help the OP, it's a different company for Canada.

Our opinions and thoughts about what should and shouldn't be covered, are just that, our opinions.

Face it, we in the States don't have a clue how it's done in Canada.

The biggest warning I can give anyone, before you buy a used vehicle with remaining factory warranty, make sure it's not a Canada vehicle, you won't have any warranty.

Not only no warranty, but a very difficult time getting recalls performed.

No doubt.

But if Stellantis, whether in Canada or US, behaves like an asshole, then our opinion of Stellantis is going to be colored by it.

And our opinion of Stellantis will come into play big time whenever the time comes to buy another vehicle.

This is the number one reason to refrain from pissing off customers unnecessarily.

Yup. And it's not that Canadian laws prevent or disincentivize them from warranting the USB. That was their decision.

Tell the service manager he's going to look pretty funny trying to eat corn on the Cobb without any fucking teeth. If you give him some stern words, then pull down your pants and bend over, he WILL rape you.

I apologize for the breach of etiquette, It's perfectly acceptable for someone to knowingly sell you a defective product, take your money, not honor a written warranty, then leave you stranded with no transportation for weeks on end, as long as they call you "Sir" and smile. I guess you could always contact "Jeep cares", then tuck your tail between your legs, go home and eat ice cream on couch in your underwear. If you want to "Handle it like an adult", they'll hand your ass to you.

I understand that, I was only trying to convey that if people continue to be civil and polite, they will continue to be taken advantage of.
