I installed my lift last weekend. My JT was stock for 75k miles. I have an upgraded stabilizer, so I never got death wobble. Usually the wheels would bounce a few times pretty good over every bump on the highway. When installing the lift I found one of my front shocks had leaked. It wasnt noticeable until I removed it. With the lift kit in and new shocks I get zero shake on even large bumps at highway speed. Figured I would post this incase anyone is having a hard time figuring out death wobble/ wheel bounce with a stock jeep. It started around 40k. Everything else in the front suspension was perfectly fine.

See mine was opposite. Perfectly fine until I lifted it. Stock suspension was absolutely perfect. I had the Clayton Overland 2.5 with Fox 2.0 smooth bore non reservoir shocks. Ran about 3-4k miles and then left front started bouncing over the highway overpass joints and other spots as well. I'm thinking just better shocks in general will help.

It's funny that you say that. I purchased a New Gladiator Sport S in 2022 ( first of now three ). On the way home and less than 10 miles from the dealer and I hit a raised portion of pavement with my right front tire and that wheel bounces several times and just felt kind of loose. It happened pretty much every time that I hit any irregular pavement. This was within 17 miles! A few days later I drove to the dealership and they said to get an appointment it was 30-45 days out...and then I would have to leave it! I said no thanks. Thinking it was the shocks I went home and jacked it up. Both front shocks were leaking fluid...the right front was covered! I purchased new Fox Shocks and put them on. It never did it again, even with larger tires on it. This was a Sport S with a tow package but not the Max Tow. Build date was 10/21. Neither of the other two had this issue.

Might be good to check the torque on everything. I tightened everything the way I felt was good, but when I went over it all with the torque wrench some stuff got a few more turns out of it. There is definitely a lot of spots for things to be off with the lift, I was surprised how well it drove. I basically installed it drove a few miles and then took it on a 3.5hr each way drive.

Mines a overland, so I think they are pretty similar shocks. I had a front that was leaking and my back two were definitely shot. They definitely don't seem to be good quality. I have bilstein 5100s and it's a much better ride.

People Work?
75k? You need to hit every steering and suspension component with a torque wrench. If you had wheel shake and bump steer for 30,000 miles the ball joints are likely toast.
