Has anyone seen or heard any updates on delivery of Diesels yet?
I understand they need to fix the recall issue before they can ship!
I already understand the problem, the recall, the fix, and all that, just wondered if anyone had anything to add.
It is officially third quarter and not a word from the dealers or FCC to me yet.
They just keep adding a week to 10 days every week to 10 days.
Mine was ordered the first of march. So 4 months now.

Nothing to report. I've been waiting since March 31st when my order was accepted.

A friend is still waiting for his also I tried to talk him out of it. I have a 21 gladiator in diesel under 7k miles and it’s leaking oil and somehow the coolant needed to be filled. Not happy

Diesel gladiator production shuts down in November (rumored, with announcement expected in September).

When you consider how wide-spread this problem is (Jeep, RAM and Ford) and the lack of solution, it wouldn't surprise me if they never roll another diesel off the gladiator line again.

But I'm just some stranger on the internet.

No update from contacts in the industry either.

A good friend is the diesel tech at a well known DFW CDJR dealer and he's a bit pissed off. He's got work stacked up and no resolution / solution in sight.

If it's leaking and has 7k on the clock that's not a good sign. Mine never leaked a drop even after the fuel pump took a dump.

Mine has been moved to storage. Hopefully the ones already built will still ship. And if I may ask where did you hear that rumor?

I would have to imagine anything already mostly built will ship eventually, and moreover i have to imagine they will be the first vehicles getting the pumps once available.

The rumor came from somewhere on this site. Do not remember the poster.

Murphy's Law says it ships the week after you move on to something else.

So have you gone to the dealer? It sounds like your timing cover is leaking which was a known problem with a small batch of them.
