Symptom #1:
Since new there is a clank klunk sound under the front passengers feet on very bumpy roads. Also, on smooth winding highways you hear the clank on tight left turns followed by the klunk on tight right turns. Control arm bracket?

Symptom #2:
The right front has a slightly noticeable sag. The right front measures 1/4" to 3/8" lower than the left front. Anybody else have a lower right front side? Weight? Related to symptom #1?

Finally figured out the sag. Turns out when I had a leveling kit installed (front spring spacers), they accidently swapped the left and right springs causing the heavier right side to sag 3/8. Now I just need to troubleshoot the clank clunk under the passengers feet.

The same folks that fouled the springs up probably didn't torque the control arms while the truck was on the ground. I went out and bought a bigger/longer torque wrench for my JTR. Easy enough to do.

Probably would have led with the fact youve had aftermarket work done on it and specifically what.

I did, I said " Since new there is a clank klunk sound under the front passengers feet". This noise existed from day 1, brand new, before the spacer install. Turn sharp left clank, then turn sharp right klunk. Extremely rough road, constant clank klunk.

And, I agree with both post. Possibly control arms, Ill check the torque, I saw specs on another post and report back.

I’d jack up the front with wheels off the ground and wiggle stuff. Get a bar up in there and around to see if any bushings are loose. Torque to spec every nut and bolt under there.

The factory drag link has a lot of flop and will make a noticeable clunking noise. I removed mine pretty early on even though the dealer said it was normal. If you've got some miles on it then the "normal" flop could have progressed to excessive and might be contacting something.
