I ordered the XL long at first but they changed it for me before shipping so I went with the Original long my tires are 34” high I feel the XL would have been too wide very easy to install very functional no more mud and slush on the rear fenders and doors

Thanks! I will be running 285/70/17 (33" tires) on stock wheels, so I don't think I need the XLs for the width....I have just been hung up on the length.....whether to get reg/reg or reg/long. Thanks for posting all of the pics from different angles, I appreciate it!

I like them a lot, but the price is insane on them. Totally insane. They are making a fortune off those.

People may say these are expensive and they are on the pricey side but what's more expensive is paint correction later after the fact without them.

This is a preventative product, not a instant gratification mod.

I think you have to look at it as paying for the convenience of being able to just bolt them on. Could you purchase generic mud flap material and make your own at a fraction of the price? Sure, but it would be a real PITA. Trust me, I've made custom mud flaps for several WRXs, a Legacy wagon, a Golf R, an Audi Allroad, and my wife's CX-5. Lots of time, and sometimes multiple sets of generic flaps, is involved to get the size & fit just right.

With the Rokblokz on my Mojave, I ended up having to buy a second set of XL Long flaps because the Regular Long ones did not provide full coverage for the front tires. But, I didn't like how oversized the XLs are, so I cut them to exactly the size I wanted. So, I'm into these flaps for way more time & $ than I originally wanted to be, but they provide excellent coverage.

For the trimming of the XL Long flaps:
I trimmed just enough off the bottom of each flap to eliminate the 'RB' logo.
I trimmed the width so that the fronts are 1/2" wider and the rears are 3/8" wider than the Regular/Long flaps.

This results in full tire coverage. If I put a straight edge across the tires, the flaps line up with the outer surface of the tires.

I used a framing square with a new blade in a utility knife to cut them. I placed them 'good' side down on a thin towel on a piece of wood to prevent scratching the surface.

I'll post a few pics when I get a chance.

I'm really bad at taking pictures, but here are the trimmed Rokblokz flaps on my Mojave.

The last pic, taken from the front, makes the flaps look like they stick out farther than they really do. They are flush with the outsides of the tires.

I sorta wish I got long ones for my truck but I’m still happy with the results Since I don’t really off-road and I don’t fully trust my neighbors in the apartment complex I used blue loc-tight on my screws.
