Last couple of days my JTRD has been throwing the same codes, kept resetting them. Yanked the Banks PM and Derringer out, still got the codes. Then I used regular code reader reader to scan and clear. Next option is to take it to the stealership for warranty repairs. The thing sounds like the wastegate is stuck wide open under boost and it shifts hard. Should I clean the MAP sensor and EGR tube?

P0299
P026D
P0249B

Has anyone experienced this? Kills power locks out gears while driving, limits speed. This thing has basically been problem free until now.

Check the EGR valve for sticking or soot
Check Boost hoses and intercooler fit leaks. Might go into Limp Mode.

Got all that, thanks! It was burning through fuel rapidly too, the mpgs dropped from 20mpg average to 16.

I dropped it off this afternoon with the stealership. My powertrain warranty is still active and good, hopefully that will cover it. They won't be able to get to it until probably Wednesday at the earliest to even start troubleshooting and diagnosing the issue.

I can't remember what codes I had but similar symptoms...my egr valve was stuck wide open. Fuel economy tanked and went to limp mode. This was around 50k miles. Warranty repair

I had the P026d and a few others with similar symptoms while doing the Wyoming BDR last year.
turned out that some chipmunks made a nest under my air filter.
cleaned it out, reset with J-Scan, and all was good once more.

Checked and cleaned the air filter, it's also only about 5k miles old. I usually change it with every oil and fuel filter change at 5k miles.

Well stealership found the issue. The Charge Air Tube that feeds the throttle body has about a 1 inch split in it just before the clamp at the throttle body. The rubber must have softened up and burst when I was racing a Raptor, because the code popped the very next day. That Raptor was shook, that a Banks tuned JTRD with canopy, awning, and RTT on 37s was giving him a run. Now, Im having the stealership verify it's warranty work.

The axle sensor light has been on for a hot 🔥 minute, about 25k miles. I was going to buy the plug in bypass for it.

I tried to share the Dealerships diagnosis video, but the forum doesn't recognize mp4.
Edit:
If they come back and say they're not warranty issues, I'll grab the bypass plug and the AFE Charge tubes and do the fix myself, and reinstall my BANKS Derringer and Pedal Monster.

$951 to replace hat axle sensor!!!!!???? The sensor kit is less than $100, oil $50-60,and labor shouldn't be more than maybe 1.5-2 hours? Even at dealer prices $951 seems WAY HIGH?

They said sensor is covered under warranty. Charge tube is not. $648 parts and Labor.
