Engine has been making a really weird noise

Took for 10k service, hoping needed oil change, wasn't it

Tried recording the sound, doesn't come through the video

Very difficult to explain, it goes with engine speed always present. Sounds kinda strained like it's gasping.

The only thing I can maybe hear outside the truck is if I give it some gas it almost sounds like there's a vacuum or something on the throttle body closing. Assuming this has throttle body. Bcould be a bad tank of gas or an injector problem or something

Oh and the only code it had when it went for service was a fog light code that's because my bumper does not have them
