I'm running the Evo 2.5" Enforcer Overland Stage 2 Plus kit and added Daystar 3/4" coil spring spacers to the front coils to level it out. It now sits perfectly level (1/4" higher in the rear) but that will vary from jeep to jeep depending on aftermarket accessories added (bumpers, bed racks, covers, etc...).
For shocks, I went with Fox 2.0 Performance Series 3.5"-4" Lift shocks on the front and rear since the coils themselves added over 3.5 inches of lift over factory height. There's a ton of great shock options on the market and it's hard to go wrong with Fox, Falcon, or King; but I don't think there is anything that can touch the Fox 2.0's at that price point. I couldn't be happier with the ride quality which is literally luxury sedan smooth on the highway. The suspension absorbs everything and I don't feel anything in the cab.
The real game changer for ride quality was the the EVO Geometry Correction brackets which is essentially just a lower front control arm drop. I know most are reluctant to install these brackets since it cuts into ground clearance, but I am able steer the truck with one finger going down the road at 70mph and it completely cut out the tendency to "wander" when driving over dips and bumps at higher speeds.
