Hello Itdodge. I did not call AMW, but I did email them with some questions and they were non-responsive. Exodus' good reputation plus the fact that they are "only" about 270 miles from me, made them the logical choice for installer. Also, I like the idea of having my installer relatively close by just in case support is required down the road.

I'm about 262 miles from them....not that I have it mapped, just in case.

I was in Katy for the last few days and I kept wondering how easy would it have been to head south on a little different route, with 2 cars and I drop my JTM without her questioning what I was doing.

Ya, I know how that would have gone. Looking forward to seeing the posts you're surely going to making!! Congrat's!!

Thats great news. When I spoke to AMW they were going to give me $3500 for my 3.6. Maybe cause the mileage, who knows. Keep us updated
Curious I spoke with AMW last week and they only said $3200 for my 3.6 with 12k miles.... May I ask who you spoke with?

congrats! did you ever call AMW? I see that exodus has a 3-4 week install, AMW is about 1.5 to 2 weeks.
I called them last week.... said lead time is 8-10 weeks, then build is 3-4 weeks

Dropped the Gladiator off at Exodus4x4 Monday morning, 2-16, as scheduled. Drove the nearly 300 mile trip down to New Braunfels Sunday and spent the night in order to be at the shop at 7:00 AM opening time. I hope to have some "work in progress" pics as we go along and, if I do, I'll post them. I did finally find a home for all my take off parts.

For planning purposes, estimated install time is three weeks. I thought about calling Ryan today and asking him if the Jeep was ready yet. But then I decided I may not know him well enough yet to pull a joke like that!:)

If you wait a year or two, Jeep may put a turbo 4 cylinder in the gladiator that makes more hp/tq than the pentastar so you could trade your old jt in and upgrade to the turbo 4 alot cheaper than getting the v8 conversion, plus probably get 20-22 mpgs to boot.
I'm waiting for the quad turbo, double direct injected 1 cylinder plug in hybrid hydrogen assist motor myself. I hear they are gonna get 0.25mpg better fuel economy👍👍

I hauled my JT to Exodus from NW Louisiana to have gears, Fox bumps, trusses and a few other odds and ends installed. Very professional, quality work and punctual. Highly recommended.

Picked the Gladiator up on 3-17-26. That would be one month to the day that I took it to Exodus4x4. Drove it home taking a side trip and put about 450 miles on. No issues at all. Runs good, rides good, handles good and sounds great!! Every thing works. I believe it has a MagnaFlow muffler and it sounds like a HEMI. No resonator but no issue with in the cab drone. Very pleasant to drive.

Only "issue" I have found is that the oil filter is really hard/messy to change. I use WIX filters and they are about 1/8 inch shorter than MOPAR filters. Not much difference, but it sure makes the WIX easier to get in.

My conversion included a 2.5 inch lift. Before that I was happy with the look of my 33 inch tires. But now, with the lift, the tires look small in those big fender openings. When I'm ready for tires, I'll probably go with 35's.

Exodus4x4 was great to work with. I even got a free t-shirt! I can highly recommend them. Unfortunately I did not get any in progress pics, but here are some of the finished job.

Glad to see you have it back now and had a good maiden trip back home. I had my 5.7 done by Exodus. Picked it up in the evening and drove it back to Kansas, 8-9 hours with no issues. Now go out and enjoy it, and keeps us updated.

Do you have to pull the cab to change the spark plugs?
