I was getting out of my 22 JTR with just under 7k miles the other day in gym shorts. I heard a pop from the seat. Turn around and looked and noticed the leather seat cover ripped at the seam. I took it to the dealer for warranty because it obviously had too much pressure on the seam. The first thing out of the ladies mouth was OH YOU CUT IT. That wouldn’t be a pop from a cut. She called to tell me the manager sent it to Chrysler for approval after she had already told me it was covered and she ordered the parts days before.
My wife is 5”4 and her 2018 JLU Moab has a 4 inch lift with 37s. Never has the leather done anything close.
Long story short they still put the blame on me for it in the ticket. I mean guys come on it’s like Chrysler has never made a bad product before!
