I'm looking forward to the final product. So far, this might be the best looking flatbed I've seen on a Gladiator.

One of the reasons I chose this guy to build the tray was because he agreed to some specific requests that I had for the build. One of the most important things was to keep the iconic tail lights. One, because they are part of what makes a Jeep a Jeep and 2, in order to keep the blind spot sensors.

although he had no idea how he was going to do it exactly, this was the result:

Man, I can't wait to see this one finalized. I've seriously considered a tray system. Looking good!

G’day all,

Very excited, pick up the completed vehicle tomorrow!

Builder sent me a pic after the tray was painted with raptor liner. Some assembly still required, but assures me will be complete and ready for pick up tomorrow.

Will include full pic set then.

So here it is complete with the canopy. (6 bolts to take it off)

Very happy with the job, though it will need to go back for a few tweaks when I get back from my trip.

Parking sensors and reversing camera have been incorporated so everything works as it should.

will include detail pics and photos of internal fit out next week.

Pretty slick. Dig the right hand drive.
Looks great how much does it weigh? Looking forward to seeing the interior finish, I just finishing installing the AluCab canopy camper gained 600 lbs and want to start on the interior build, I want to see what others have done.

Need to put it over the scales to see what it gained. Forgot to do it before the change over, so weight change from stock will include the bull bar and winch.

Will put pics up of the internal fitout this weekend. Left it fairly simple, but some nice inclusions.

Have to start the job of wiring it all up now.

That’s an awesome job all around. I’m also curious about the weight because I’ve only seen mine sag in the rear like that with almost 1k lbs in the bed or pulling a 5k lb trailer.

With all that extra departure angle, I’d look into relocating your exhaust.
