Flat towing off of D rings

After about 5 tows behind MH I saw this on my TJ, no way do I trust bumper rings, it received a Blue Ox baseplate immediately, now sold and I tow my Gladiator with a RockJock baseplate with MH air brake system.

What bumper is that?

Don’t really know, was on it when I bought it, thinking Amazon Chinese crap. Hope guy I sold it to never really pulls with the winch I put on it! And the 1997 TJ was so light.
My JT has a RockJock with hidden in the grill brake and light connections.

There is only 2 or 3 winch bumpers rated to tow. All made in the USA. LoD is one. Forget the other 2. If it's Chinese. You are very lucky.

I'll take a quality made bumper with properly designed and welded D rings or HK Offroad's kit over any std roadmaster etc tow system.
