I spent so much time at Pecanland mall. Was also at NLU pretty much every summer for band camps. No idea what it’s called now though.

I have some problems like duplicate pics but the app was not being cooperative. I couldn't load any of the videos and if I tried to post more than 4-5 pics at a time it would skip back and I would lose what I was trying to post. Frustrating but I got most of the trip documented.

Thanks for the great pics info. We are up in Ontario Canada and this would be a great trip for us in a couple of years. We normally go in the fall to avoid the bugs.

I use the same IKamper tent. Which "mattresses" are you using? And if so, can you still close it up easily?

Factory mattresses. Will be upgrading to the IKamper inflatables. By day 8 I had to take dogs on extended morning walk to get lower back stretched. No fault of mattress mind you, blame is 100% on my younger self. Even with IKamper double sleeping bag and blanket along with our sleeping sweat pants and hoodies no problem closing and latching clam shell.

Whenever I see trip reports such as these, I get "the itch".

I would love to do a trip like this. Hopefully when my wife retires I'll still be able to drive....lol.
