Hush now! Don’t lay down and die just yet. Lots of folks such as yourself are driving around with summer gas in the winter. It just takes a few jerrycans is all or a storage tank full of that golden summer blend and you’re golden.

I do however think it’s dumb that it is changed based on the month of the year and not the actual weather. But we live in an imperfect world. So it is what it is.
Refineries have to convert over to it somewhat and it is not just a simple process switching back and forth. So they have to follow a schedule for the region they supply.
