Damn.......you have a target painted on your tail gate? 3 times with one vehicle. :(

I've been rear ended twice. Once in 1974. Sitting at a red light. Some drunk took his foot off the brake pedal and drifted into me. Dented rear bumper. Second time was in 2009. Sitting at a red light. Some kid on a cell phone never slowed down and hit the back of my new Power Wagon. Rear bumper, tail gate. Totaled the Ford Explorer. Bent it in half at the doors. The kid had to climb out of the rear hatch.

I still see females applying makeup while driving.

Been in two rear end event at a stop light. Once in my 2019 Tacoma and once in my 2022 Gladiator. Both times I had a "SPAREBUMPER" hitch device designed specifically for this type of incident. Saves me with no damage to my vehicles but put a hurt on the two that tapped me.

Had a YJ that was hit 6 times, rear ended twice (got hit 3 times in a 6 month stretch), figured it must be so small no one could see it?

Lately had to sit behind cars at traffic lights where the front car never notices the signal turns green then back to red.
Once had three cars in front of me, side-by-side at a red light. The light turned green. None of the three cars moved. Each one was watching their phone. Hit the horn and all three lanes took off.

Recently had to hit the horn three times for the guy in front of me to realize there was a right green arrow.

Early 80’s, I would see people reading newspapers while driving 70 mph on the Garden State Parkway. It’s not the phones, it’s the morons.
Saw a few folks reading books that way too; audio books came to the rescue for most of that.

Shortest span of time is between when the light turns green and I hit my horn.
I’m so sick of people staring at their phones when they should be watching the light.
There's a grace period, it's a traffic signal not a Christmas tree at the drag strip. Honk the second it turns green at me and we might sit through the light to practice our patience.

4th. brake light!
Amber sequential signal indicators!!
Generally speaking… I really do feel red signal indicators are/tend to be problematic and should always be amber. Tinted tail lights… gtfo.
BRIGHT AF reverse light too!

I said this previously… that LEDs do weird things on camera and as far as I am concerned… the red actually does match the tail lights FAR BETTER than this photo shows. Nearly perfect, if not perfectly. They are just different designs of LEDs (tubes vs. bulbs) I am just saying.

Like the looks of that! Did you hardwire it into the 4-pin behind the bumper?

There is a splitter plug provided in the kit. I believe it was an option/choice when purchasing(?). I only had to tap into the wiring for the reverse light. That in conjunction with the OEM tail lights and bumper lights… imagine!

Also… I did not do the adhesive mounting option. Clips (& screws) are also provided for easy removal to access the spare tire hole.
