Webasto fuel fix, part number is in my post.
Easy to install, drill a hole with bit which comes in the kit and install the fuel pipe and tighten the screw ( works like a anchor bolt)

What is this? What does it do?

I just got the exhaust finished and am testing the heater out.

I’m giving the diesel heater a big thumbs up except for the ticking sound. The remote control is great as you can turn it on/off or adjust the temp while in bed.

It’s running on the lowest setting keeping the inside at 70 degrees and outside is 35 degrees F with my tent popped up.

Suggestion. Route the exhaust out from under the Jeep so you minimize breathing CO
And I just ordered a portable CO detector.

p housing is probably different in gas version.
Looking at the top of the pump it appears the same as your diesel version. I'm curious if you would share more about how your heater is set up and where it is mounted.

Originally i build it for my JK, I used the AEV fuel caddy for the diesel ( JK was also 2.8 CRD)

Eberspächer D2 inside of 40mm ammo can, and some flanges and removable caps to keep the water out when not in use

But then i traded the JK to JT, Ammo box is bolted to the bed rail. Exhaust via moved power outlet hole (230V euro version ?)
Fuel pump is next to the fuel tank and inlet for the diesel ihe tank.
Air hose goes through the canopy and tent floor, i have 15” long hose in the tent which i install to the flange when tent is up.

Controller and external thermostat are in small plastic box which i put to the tent when heater is in use.
Also there is adjustable y-connector in the air hose, with that i can route air hose to the cab for the dog or heat the canopy if needed.

I initially mocked up my bench and kitchen with cardboard, but didn’t totally trust my dimensions. It’s currently built with plywood and we’ve been making sure it feels right before I order 8020 to replace the plywood.
I don’t have much else planned besides that. I’m trying to keep it simple. I like the Goose Gear style stuff, but deviated by adding bench cushion and the counter (red cushions are camp pillows used up top also). I was tempted to mount a sink/stove combo in to the counter, but stopped there.

I would love to see More pictures of that counter behind your fridge. I need to do some sort of counter and storage combination behind my fridge in that same spot. I was thinking I’d love to be able to have it as some sort of charging station as well. A place that I can plug in my drone, batteries, the battery for my chainsaw and things like that.

That would make an awesome platform for a buildout !!!!
I agree! They start their life as an E350 Ford Turtle top Shuttle bus. Then they get converted to 4x4 using Ford OEM Truck parts. Next is the lift. I think this would be a great Overlanding Platform, with some 40's on the corners.

The flotation tires Yellowstone uses are over 4 ft tall and 2 ft wide. Awesome but not for hard pavement.

This sure doesn't start it's life looking like a Yellowstone Snow Shuttle.

It’s a bit cold in St.Louis this weekend so I figured I’ll test out the diesel heater. 15 degrees F outside and 68 degrees in the camper.

Also testing for Carbon Monoxide and so far all is great.
