That would make an awesome platform for a buildout !!!!This is off subject, but Yellowstone's Snow Coaches would make a great Winter Overlanding Camper!! I need to visit Yellowstone in the winter!

I agree! They start their life as an E350 Ford Turtle top Shuttle bus. Then they get converted to 4x4 using Ford OEM Truck parts. Next is the lift. I think this would be a great Overlanding Platform, with some 40's on the corners. That would make an awesome platform for a buildout !!!!
I bet they throw out some insane price, like 35K or something.Scary, they're not advertising the price.
Looks like it weighs 640 to 684 lbs. Looks nice but better beef up the springs if you buy one.I bet they throw out some insane price, like 35K or something.
Steel and aluminum - it'll probably be pushing 500 pounds too
Damn y'all, my camper only weighs in at 250 all aluminum hand welded. Sitting at 400 with build out so far.My Alucab Canopy Camper came it at exactly 600lbs before I added anything else. I wish they had a real door as opposed to the tail gate
Are you sure about that? Looks like a project M from 4 wheel campers. Their site lists the base weight for a 5' camper as 325 pounds. Which sounds more reasonable. Even the ovrlnd camper comes in at 300 base weight.Damn y'all, my camper only weighs in at 250 all aluminum hand welded. Sitting at 400 with build out so far.
I thought about getting one of those. He makes some really good stuff. IMO better than the 4wheel camper deal.Nope not a project M. OVRLND Camper from Flagstaff AZ. Hand built. Weighed it before they put it on. Even if it's 300lbs it's still half the weight more or less.
