Here's the best way to charge a Pecron 1000 or larger. It may be included in the purchase of the Pecron, but I'm not sure. There are videos on Youtube of this powering other power supplies like Buetti.

Last fall Bluetti released a similar product, the Charger 1 that I've been thinking about getting for the faster dc charging. I just can't figure out where to mount it, under the hood or in the bed next to my current setup.

Currently I have 10 gauge ran to the bed 12v outlet which is plenty for charging the Bluetti and Alu-Cab lights and power door locks, but wouldn't be large enough wire if I mounted the Charger 1 in the bed due to it's increased current draw.

Other option is to mount the Charger 1 under the hood somewhere but that would also require running a separate power wire to the bed, since it would be stepped up to 48v, but I could get away with a smaller wire gauge in that instance.

We saw that when we were there but it was in the am and we had some miles to go before we stopped.

None of these really do anything. Stand directly in front of it and you’ll feel cool air. It’s not going to cool down a tent or tent camper.

In hot weather, really the best you can do is get a couple fans and have air blowing on you.

I haven’t seen a single mosquito. The gnats are kinda busy around dawn and dusk though.

The third run of tornadoes rolled through St.Louis last week. This time a couple trees took out my RAV4. Surprisingly the house and Jeep did OK.
