I too have this problem, which is why I decided on a half rack and clamshell RTT. I'm estimating about 3/4 inch clearance after I get the lift

I have an issue with Pecron 1000. It won’t charge from the factory Jeep inverter or my 2000 watt inverter. I used the 12v cig port to charge it and it keeps fridge running all night no problem and we run fridge off Jeep inverter and charge Pecron during day while we ride so it isn’t too bad. Just wondering if I’m doing something wrong.

Rule number one, pick a camp site with a view! You might as well go home because you’re not going to be able to beat this site!

We love to camp near water when we can and even drop a line if possible, but I didn’t catch anything on this trip.
We usually like to stop between 3 and 4 pm which gives us time to set up camp, enjoy the view and make Happy Hour! All before dinner.

I have the same issue with my Bluetti AC180 not charging off the Gladiators AC outlet. These power stations don't like the sinewave that the Gladiators inverter produces.

I wired a 12v outlet in the bed to charge my Bluetti when I'm driving. I also plug my refrigerator cooler into the bed AC outlet when driving and switch it over to the Bluetti when I'm going to be parked for a long time or overnight.

Did Schnebly Hill Trail in Sedona, AZ this morning. That’s 3 badge trails in 3 days. Talk about some beautiful scenery! Touring Monument Valley National Park in the am then Valley of the gods where we intend to get a dispersed camp site.

I would try 2 things to see if you can get the Pecron 1000 to charge from your truck's inverter or your installed inverter.

1) Go into your phone's smart app for the Pecron and see if you can decrease the 120v input charging to 400 watt. I think I saw a video about this, but I cant find it now. Then plug the charge cord directly into the truck's 400 watt inverter.

2) If you recieved a 500 watt external charger with the Pecron 1000, like the picture below, plug this into your installed inverter, to see if this works.

Let us know if you get it working.

Inverter outputs might just be too square-wave for devices to recognize as AC. I have an electric fridge whose AC power supply happily runs on the Jeep’s stock inverter - but my EcoFlow battery box (River 2 Pro I think?) freaks out and shuts down with an error code if I plug it into the Jeep.

Here's the best way to charge a Pecron 1000 or larger. It may be included in the purchase of the Pecron, but I'm not sure. There are videos on Youtube of this powering other power supplies like Buetti.
