Check out Concord Group Insurance company. Until recently, I’ve owned 3 Grand Cherokee Lorado’s, one was Trail Rated, my most recent wasn’t. Trading from my 2021 Grand Cherokee Lorado X for a new 2023 Gladiator Sport S my premium anct dropped about $100./year.

Yeah my insurance premium started increasing every 6 months since 2022… to date it’s been 57%… I’ve had 0 accidents and 0 incidents that would cause my rates to sky rocket… just a federally mandated service that we must purchase from a 3rd party whose in it to make money and deny you as much as possible while charging as much as humanly possible.

Don’t worry, they’ll discount double check, accident forgive, but still give you the safe handedly neighbor bend over.

Without reading all 3 pages, your 24 Wrangler has side curtain airbags that your Gladiator did not have. So in your case, yes, the wrangler is probably safer on paper than the Gladiator.

Probably so, although I have had similar price differences between JL and JT pre-2024.

Or is it just me? Now that the Gladiator has been out for a while, I thought insurance premiums would have come down to Wrangler levels, but I haven't seen it. Both Progressive and Farmers have charged me much higher rates for the Gladiator over the Wrangler.

Most recent experience: I just traded my '23 Mojave ($62K sticker) for a '24 JLURX w/XR ($72K sticker), and my insurance dropped by over $350 every 6 months. I'm thinking the safety features on the '24 X might play a role here (mainly the frontal collision avoidance), but I've had similar increases/drops when going from Wrangler to Gladiator and back in the past, and my Wranglers involved didn't have the safety package(s) back then.

Is the Gladiator less safe? I wouldn't think so. Are us Gladiator drivers less safe? I wouldn't think so either. But the data must be saying something to the insurers.
So with my 2020 jeep gladiator sport s I believe priced at 45k (which i obviously didn't pay that)
My insurance is about 260 a month but the discount I get with autopay drops it down to 180/175 a month but I also have a clean record no tickets no crashes nothing... so I'm guessing it all depends.. plus I think if you have credit karma and sign up for safe driving it'll give you a discount every 30 times you drive safely; meaning no just of phone that sort of stuff
