Gladiator Rubicon - buy now or wait?

Two things I like about the 2025 is the '41 military green color and
the increased towing capacity (2025 = 7,000 lbs, 2024 = 4,500 lbs).

I'm in no hurry. I'd like to buy a Gladiator before the end of summer. With some luck Jeep
will offer some good discounts. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Expo, keep in mind the starting MSRP for the 2025 Rubicon is almost $2K less than the starting MSRP for the 2024 Rubicon. We're already seeing deals on the 2025s.

I'd like to discuss part time vs full time 4WD a little more.

When I visit Jeep's site and click on their 2025 Gladiator Brochure, and look under Rubicon, then packages, it shows the X package as having full time 4WD.

Here's the screen shot...But when I visit dealer sites and view the window stickers for 2025 Rubicon X
Gladiators they always say part time 4WD. Never full time 4WD.

So either Jeep's 2025 Gladiator brochure is wrong, or the vehicle window stickers are wrong.

Here's my question...when I visit dealerships and sit in a Gladiator or Wrangler, how can I tell
if it's 4WD is part time or full time by looking at the interior buttons or controls?

This may sound like a silly question, but modern day Jeeps are all new to me.

As I understand it, pull time has the position 4wd Auto. My window sticker doesn’t show my Gladiator has the 4wd Auto transfer case, but there if sits in the center console. I have not understood why…

The rubicon or mohave X package adds on road 4wd. Called selec-trac. And stated that in the sticker.
The part time 4wd standard on all other is commad-trac
On rubicon it's rock rather than. Select.
The difference being that 4.1 rather than 2.7 low.range

The easiest way to tell when you are looking at them in person is to look at the shifter to the left of the gear shifter. The ones with part time will have 2H -4H - N - 4L, look at the picture that shows the shifters in this one and you'll see what I mean - Autotrader Jeep with Part time

The ones with full time will have 2H - 4H Auto - 4H Part time - N - 4L, here is a link to one on Autotrader showing what that shifter looks like Autotrader Jeep with Full Time

Does your dash say 4H Auto when you shift to it?
