I don't want to be a downer, but when I bought my 2019 JLU from Travis at Tri-City it took 11 days from the time it left Toledo on the train car until it was unloaded at Tri-City. That was before our current crazy logistics mess the world is in right now. I hope it makes it in time for you though!

Reply from Travis just a minute ago, "Your Jeep is in final inspection. It has not been assigned a ship date yet; however, I would expect it to ship this week sometime..." so dang, almost worked out but guess I need to go ahead and book that rental for this weekend. Oh whale

Hi there!! I ordered my Gladiator two weeks ago and received a "Configuration Preview" sheet with all my specs listed on it and my name at the bottom of it. The dealers says this is my order. They didn't run my $2K deposit yet, and I am now getting nervous that this doesn't feel like a legit way to place an order for a new vehicle. I don't have any other confirmation or VIN so I can't confirm anything at the dealer, other than the sales rep says it is "in process". Is this normal with Jeep?

I have not had my card ran either but contacting jeep chat they definitely have an order under my information. Just ask dealer for the VON and you can use that to get VIN and updates from jeep chat.
