Ordered 4/27 Sport base, Manual 6-speed with various options
In D status, thought I was going to get lucky like some of the people on here having theirs delivered in a month or less. Doesn't look like that might happen to me.

I was told from dealer that if I would of ordered the manual shift that I wanted, that I could expect it to take about 6-8 weeks longer to build
Not trying to be the bearer of bad news, just what they told me.
Hoping for your sake that it is not the case for your Sport build

Update - Got a call from Gupton today and the Gladiator was delivered. Ordered on 4/17 and delivered on 5/12

I wonder if it matters what dealer you ordered from. I ordered my wife's from Gupton based on information from this site and they seem like a high volume dealer so I wonder if Jeep allocates build slots for them.

I do not think they truly care about us Canadians, I believe Jeep cares is American only and nothing to do with us.. FCA Canada is truly not helpful at all. That is what gets frustrating… no rhyme or reason as to delays

Was told by dealerJuly/August will start change over to 2022 vehicles so they are available to dealerships starting in September. So if I wanted to get a 22’ model I could order it at the end of June or beginning of July and that hopefully by than they would have this chip shortage issue resolved.

Ordered 4/28 got build sheet and vehicle went to JB status on 5/5.

Got window sticker 5/16. Hoping that means it's out of JB hell and shipping soon.

So excited.

GOT MY VIN! Not from the dealer though, who yesterday was still blaming covid and microchip delays.. Jeep Chat came through for me
